Expert Staffing has an immediate opening for a qualified 2nd shift Sanitation Team Lead to support our clients
Food Manufacturing Facility. Starting Rate: $20.00/HrSchedule: 4:00pm-Finish
Summary:The Sanitation Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sanitation practices to ensure overall facility cleanliness. The Lead is responsible for schedule and directing the sanitation staff to complete the necessary work activities to maintain cleanliness of the physical plant and equipment.Job Duties:Ensure plant cleanliness is maintained according to the master sanitation schedule. Schedule and assign duties to appropriate personnel in order to stay in compliance.Ensure all team members are properly trainedManage and monitor all personnel within department on shift.Identify when issues need to be escalated to HR.Break-down, cleaning, and re-assembly of production equipmentPreventing overflow of items between shiftsMechanical cleaning equipment in useChemical titrationSSOP sInspectionsShift check-list completion and verificationLine set-up for productionComplete Chemical Inventory on routine scheduleMonitor use, condition, and assignment of PPE Materials for sanitation staffExperience/Education Required:1-2 years of Sanitation leadershipAbility to lift up to 50lbsBilingual (English & Spanish)Please contact Carolin at 617-409-7405 for immediate consideration.
