Job Title: Staff Accountant Location: Springfield, MA We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team in the manufacturing industry. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with month-end close, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Assist with inventory accounting and cost analysis Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience Manufacturing or inventory accounting experience a plus Strong Excel and ERP system skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Why Join Us?
