Fidelity Investments, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a Senior Quantitative Developer to join our IT & Data Management team. In this role, you'll leverage complex algorithms and mathematical models to drive investment strategies and manage financial data. This position offers the opportunity to impact some of the most innovative and dynamic products that our firm offers, enhancing asset management techniques that serve millions worldwide. Develop, implement, and optimize quantitative models for asset allocation. Collaborate with IT staff to enhance data management systems. Analyze large data sets to identify trends and make predictions. Test models rigorously to ensure accuracy and functionality. Regularly update models to reflect changing market conditions. Advanced proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of financial modeling and quantitative strategies. Experience with database management and SQL. Ability to present complex information in an accessible manner. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA or similar financial certification is a plus. Further qualifications in data science or mathematical finance preferred.
