Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Global
Rare Diseases franchise via leaders on the Global RD Leadership

etc. Provides outstanding administrative support Travel
arrangements coordinate domestic and international travel needs
Calendar management proactively manage Outlook calendars, resolving
schedule conflicts, and prioritizing meetings Expense reports
process expenses accurately and in a timely manner Event
coordination arrange off-site meetings and events including venue,
A/V, catering, etc. Tracking invoices and purchase orders About You
Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and 4 year's
administrative experience. Proficiency in using technology
including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,
Word and others). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
strongly preferred or Secretarial Certificate. Experience with
SharePoint content administration. Experience supporting
senior-level business leaders in a pharma or biotech environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High ethical
standards, maintenance of confidentiality. Flexibility with time,
