The company is committed to maintaining the highest property management standards, ensuring assets operate at peak performance while providing exceptional tenant satisfaction. *APPLY NOW FOR CONSIDERATION WITHIN 48 HOURS* Description The Senior HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for: Managing HVAC maintenance and repairs for 2 million square feet of commercial real estate across Northern MA Performing inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance for all types of HVAC units and equipment, including chiller plants, heat pumps, and cooling towers Ensuring all systems operate at peak efficiency by troubleshooting distribution systems for velocity, volume, temperature, and pressure Overseeing HVAC code-required compliance testing and maintain comprehensive records for inspection and safety standards Managing third-party service providers, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation every six weeks Collaborating with the Construction Management division on new projects and renovations, including system commissioning and as-built organization Assisting in training other technicians and staff in preventative maintenance best practices Profile The successful Senior HVAC Mechanic will have: Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience (stable employment history strongly preferred) Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems, and mechanical equipment Licenses & Certifications:MA Refrigeration License (Required), OSHA 10 or 30 (Preferred), Honeywell Control System experience (Preferred) Strong team orientation, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely use ladders Location: Must be commutable to Westford/Burlington, MA Job Offer The Senior HVAC Mechanic will receive: $90,000 - $110,000 base salary (flexible based on experience) Competitive medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and professional development opportunities Company Vehicle: Provided for work-related travel Time-Off: Generous PTO policy Join a company with a proven track record of growth and low turnover, where employees thrive for the long term MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
