A large scale Connecticut based GC is seeknig a Project Manager for projects up to $100M. Description Main duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager include the following: Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and client communications. Coordinate with superintendents, design teams, and owners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Track project milestones and proactively address risks and issues. Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-driven project team.
