Job Description Job Description Concrete Polisher Location: Norfolk, VA (On?Site) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8–10 hour shifts Overtime: Up to 15 hours weekly (some night work required) Type: Contract?to?Hire Pay Rate: $18–$27/hr We are seeking multiple Concrete Polishers to support cutting, polishing, repair, and drilling tasks on a wide variety of concrete projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work and want to grow their skills within a hands?on construction environment. What You’ll Do Perform core drilling into set concrete. Polish concrete surfaces to achieve a smooth, glossy finish. Remove concrete to prepare areas for pipe or conduit installation. Conduct flat sawing to cut concrete or create decorative/functional patterns. Support concrete repair, joint sealing, and general surface preparation tasks. Operate hand and power tools, grinders, polishers, and related equipment. Perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments. What You Bring Experience in concrete work, construction, or similar trades. Skill in polishing, sawing, core drilling, joint sealing, or concrete repair . Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and cutting/grinding equipment. Comfort with lifting heavy materials and working outdoors for long periods. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
