Job Description:

Year Up is seeking a dedicated Banking Job Training Program Coordinator to join our mission in empowering young adults by closing the opportunity gap. This role focuses on developing and supervising our one-year banking training program that combines academic learning with real-world internships. The ideal candidate will design curriculum, manage program logistics, and support students throughout their educational and professional journey at Year Up. Design and update the banking curriculum to meet industry standards and ensure relevance Facilitate partnerships with financial institutions for internship opportunities Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and program effectiveness Provide guidance and support to students throughout the course of the program Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures by industry professionals Manage budget and resources for the banking program Strong understanding of banking and finance concepts Excellent organizational and program management skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with educational and corporate partners Strong communication and interpersonal skills Certified Financial Educator (CFEd) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
