Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in facility management and
maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join
their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be an essential
part of the Facilities Support Department, contributing to the
seamless operation of multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and
a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the
organization. Job Title: Facilities Technician Location: Andover,
MA Pay Range: $43-45/hr What’s the Job? Monitor operation of
refrigeration, HVAC, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, VAV
systems, and related equipment Respond immediately to system
alarms, troubleshoot issues and take appropriate corrective action
Log complaints, status updates, and follow-up actions in CMMS
database Analyze system operations to determine causes of problems,
make adjustments to mechanical systems and implement solutions to
ensure optimal operation Perform preventive maintenance on building
and critical system equipment What’s Needed? Massachusetts
Refrigeration Technician License (active) High school diploma or
state equivalent 2 years of related trade schooling or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with HVAC/mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and refrigeration equipment
