What You Will Do Create, Review / Approve annual spares / engine output and overdue burndown plans with key actions to drive operations team to success. Include full MRP recovery plans for top drivers. Lead in developing tactical monthly, 3 month plan & performance to annual plan for entire operations team Drive operational execution, support / lead production meetings and support Product Director with ad hoc initiatives / materials needs. Create & implement key objectives for HSMC South including on time starts, lead time reductions, inventory initiatives, lean initiatives, accrual reduction plans & drive alignment between key stakeholders. Communicate delivery plans, challenges, and key actions to HSMC Leadership, Operations leadership or other key meetings Materials Compliance Lead and execute team to meet or exceed enterprise compliance for factory planning management Lead/Create plan to execute on HSMC Commit Compliance and Commit integrity targets SIOP (Sales & Inventory Operations Planning Lead and Execute HSMC-South Enterprise Integrate Cycle process (EIC) Collaborate with IBP organization to align MRP schedules and execution plans Lead and execute key inventory initiatives for HSMC-South organization Manage team of ~8 direct report Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience in Operations or Supply Chain Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as, strong presentation, planning, problem solving, organizational, project management and decision-making skills. US Citizenship required due to government contracts Qualifications We Prefer SAP or equivalent enterprise ERP system knowledge Materials, procurement or supply chain experience Manufacturing Operations experience in similar industry Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Skype, and Teams) Self-starter who requires minimal supervision, works well with teammates and customer Results-based mindset and proven track record of success Knowledge of working across business areas and interface at all levels of organization Learn More & Apply Now Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
