Production Affordability Senior Manager will support strategic and
cost-related initiatives that support the Production PMO. What You
Will Do: Perform in depth engine cost forecasting to support
internal and external engagements and reviews Develop strategic and
cost-related initiatives that support the Production PMO, develop
business cases that support the initiatives and present them to the
customer as appropriate for funding potential Sourcing cost focal
that integrates closely with the Passport process internally and
works cross functionally to lead root cause investigations of cost
and schedule variances in support of affordability, and drive
recovery plans Identify process improvement opportunities and
empower team to implement appropriate actions to achieve
improvements and contribute to program achievements with the CORE
operating system Promote innovative and collaborative culture
across the program and ensure robust pipeline of cost reduction
ideas are generated for F135 Product Cost Qualifications You Must
Have: Bachelor’s Degree required 10 years’ experience in
Affordability, Program Management, Finance, Operations or Supply
Chain required U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens
are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Program management skills and proven ability to deliver exceptional
customer service and business results required Qualifications We
Prefer: Experience in building strong relationships with internal &
external customers through a positive culture, commitment,
credibility and transparency CORE or other lean
manufacturing/continuous improvement operating experience Knowledge
of EVMS or relevant cost & schedule management in the Aerospace and
Defense industry a plus Strong communication and presentation

means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite

Requires expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically
obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May
have deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of
related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links
and potential impact on projects, programs or systems. Typically
requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum
10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a
related field and minimum 7 years experience Engineering/Other
Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,
Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10
years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local
laws/regulations. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure

remote. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
