Job Description:
A company is looking for an Admin Manager Inpatient Coding and
Coding Quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee coding activities, ensuring compliance with
coding guidelines and company policies
Coach and develop team members while addressing performance issues
and promoting quality improvement
Collaborate with leadership and other teams to address
coding-related issues and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management (HIM) or Health
Information Technology (HIT) required
7 years of recent inpatient/outpatient hospital coding experience
required
3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare
required
Certification such as RHIA, RHIT, CPC, or CCS required
Experience managing a large coding pool or coding review pool
strongly preferred
