The company operates within a global framework and is part of a wider international group, offering a unique opportunity to influence and shape the North American growth strategy while contributing to global objectives.Job DescriptionThe U.S. CEO will take full P&L responsibility for the North American operations and will serve as a key member of the global executive leadership team. Reporting to the Global CEO based overseas, the successful candidate will lead strategic direction, operational execution, and cultural development across the U.S. entity.
  
  Main duties and responsibilities include:
  • Driving top-line growth through strategic planning, commercial leadership, and operational excellence.
  • Leading integration and post-merger activities for the company's upcoming acquisition.
  • Building and scaling the U.S. leadership team and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Acting as the public face of the U.S. entity to key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
  • Collaborating with the overseas executive team to align regional goals with global strategy.
  • Ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded while maintaining high client satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Providing visionary leadership to unlock long-term enterprise value in line with the private equity partner's growth objectives.
    
    This is a hybrid role, with a base in Boston and flexibility for in-office and remote work.The Successful ApplicantIn return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
    • 10+ years of experience in senior level operations for a growing professional services business
    • Demonstrated success in driving growth, managing P&L, and leading M&A integrations
    • Strong strategic and commercial acumen
    • Experience working with international teams and reporting to a global parent organization
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across a diverse stakeholder group
    • A hands-on, results-driven approach with a collaborative leadership style.
