We are passionate about transforming ideas into results by negotiating, organizing, and understanding the digital marketing and technology landscape.We are seeking an outstanding Associate Director in Project Management-a digital producer passionate about collaboration, creative processes, and emerging technologies to produce world-class interactive experiences for our clients. You will help create digital experiences and campaigns for Fortune 500 clients, including experience design, digital and social media campaigns, activations, eCommerce, CRM programs, and branded content. As an Associate Director, you will develop and execute plans, supervise project managers, and oversee large programs of work. Success requires creativity, proactivity, technological passion, a comprehensive project management toolkit, and excellent communication skills.ResponsibilitiesDaily responsibilities include:

• Guide large teams in process development, financial management, and scoping of work
• Define and improve processes to meet project and business needs, coaching teams accordingly
• Oversee annual account planning and team structure
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leads on complex projects
• Lead client discussions on project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Participate in new business RFI/RFP processes
• Contribute to capability model development and management
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and training
• Manage direct reports, setting career and capability goals
• Ensure team compliance with company standards and professionalism
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and staffing
• Attend training and continuing education
  • Coordinate client and internal team efforts to ensure alignment
  • Resolve program and project issues, develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Enhance team and client communication and collaboration processes
  • Provide constructive feedback and support team development
  • Engage in continuous learning and innovationQualificationsIdeal candidates will have:
    • A four-year degree
    • 6-8 years of Project Management, Marketing, or related experience
    • Proficiency in managing mid to large-scale projects and programs
    • PMP and/or CSM certification (or intent to obtain)
    • Knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)You are the right fit if you:
