We're searching for a personable dental hygienist to join our talented team of healthcare providers, part or full-time. Our newly renovated high-tech office is located in Arlington Center. You'll welcome patients and conduct their initial screenings, perform thorough, dental cleanings, and help dentists with examinations. Responsibilities:

Make impressions of patients' teeth to ensure their mouthguards, dentures, etc. are made correctly
Perform preliminary dental examinations to get an overview of the patient's oral health history for the dentist
Identify dental issues such as periodontitis, gingivitis, or cavities so they can be treated as soon as possible
Put patients at ease by talking with them before, during, and after the appointment
Disinfect all dental instruments to ensure cross-contamination does not occur


Qualifications:

Current CPR certification
1+ years of experience in dental hygiene work
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in registered dental hygiene program preferred, associate's degree required
Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located
