An essential aspect of the role involves mentoring and developing the nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive departmental performance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.What's Needed to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state or ability to obtain
