Job Description:
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PRN) to perform home risk
assessments, including adult/geriatric evaluations, social and
medical history reviews, and follow-up care.
Open to new graduates with valid RN and NP licensure, board
certification, and prescriptive authority.
Assessments are conducted in patients' homes, SNFs, or community
settings, with flexible scheduling including days, evenings,
nights, and weekends.
Earn $2,000-$10,000/month based on completed assessments; pay is
$100 per visit.
Requires travel, valid driver--------s license, and auto insurance.
Benefits include mileage reimbursement, 401(k), and voluntary
benefits.
Must have current certifications (BLS, ACLS), computer skills, and
ability to work independently. Commitment to community health and
collaboration with healthcare teams is essential.
