Modules are not reimbursable. COVID vaccination required. /n/nMedical Telemetry Unit Description: Wesson 3 is a medical telemetry unit with a specialty in renal treating peritoneal dialysis patients. GYN and urological postop patients are also common on the unit. We treat patients from the emergency room, ICU step down, intercare stepdown, psych, and general medical patients./n/nUnit size:24 beds/nExpected raitios: 1:6/nYears of experience: at least 1 year/nCPR certification required/n/nMust have MA Perm License on hand at start. /nCOVID vaccinated. /n/nSpringfield 2 serves a wide variety of patients aged 22 to 100 with common diagnoses that may include: acute or chronic conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, infections processes, behavioral health, neurological circulatory impairment, kidney disease, and diabetes./n• The unit has 32 beds, 16 semi-private rooms, and they have completed several nurse driven change projects including activity/mobility tool, acuity based assignments, capacity management workflow, and foley utilization./n/nBLS (AHA) Required/n2 years of Exp Required/n/nSubmittals to this Shiftwise facility require the following information:/n-Copy of Nursys Report:/n-Phone/n-DOB/n-Perm.
