This role offers a balanced schedule working three 8-hour days per week, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, supporting patient care and medication management in a fast-paced hospital setting. Location: New Hampton, IA Schedule: 3 days per week 8 hours per day 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Accurately prepare and dispense medications following inpatient protocols Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective medication therapy Monitor patient responses and adjust medication plans as necessary Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to healthcare staff and patients Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist with current, active license Experience in inpatient pharmacy settings preferred Strong knowledge of medication management and safety practices Ability to work independently while supporting a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills This travel contract allows flexibility and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic hospital environment.
