Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Concord, NH Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,434 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 24 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position ID: 75381508 Shift: 12hr Days 12x Description: HWL Hospital-AN-0482 Looking for ASAP starts \r\n7a-7p\r\nWill accommodate 24-wk contract and either 36 to 48-hour guarantees\r\nSubmission Requirements:\r\nLooking for at least 1 holiday coverage\r\nWILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles)\r\nUp to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in (specialty) and documents travel experience.\r\n2 recent (specialty) Charge/Manager RN References\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics\r\nActive NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission\r\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nEMR Exp Must have Cerner - experience within the last 12 months\r\nCurrent Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start., ACLS preferred\r\nWill need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%\r\n\r\n1-2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary. Would be open to Critical Care RN as long as fluent with care of med-surg ratios & acuity.
