Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg/Respiratory Care Duration: Travel Assignment Shift: Day/Night rotation Hours per Shift: Varies Experience: 2 years in Med-Surg or Critical Care License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, NHISS, ACLS preferred Must-Have: - Up-to-date resume - Skills Checklist matching specialty - Active RN license verification report with all active RN licenses - Current certifications prior to start - Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% - Minimum 1-2 years Med-Surg experience or Critical Care experience with knowledge of Med-Surg ratios and acuity Description: This is a high-acuity medical-surgical floor focused on respiratory care. The unit consists of 16 beds and has patient-to-nurse ratios of 4-5, sometimes 6. Travelers may be requested to float to nearby locations as needed. Candidates are required to have experience in a Med-Surg setting and be familiar with patient care ratios.
