Case load territory is assigned after orientation. Minimum Qualifications ? - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy - 2 years of general PT experience preferred, or 1 year at PT I level within UVM Health Home Health & Hospice with strong performance - Home health experience preferred, but not required.
