Permanent opening due to organizational growthSeeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible: - Family Medicine or - Internal Medicine Patient Population: Seniors (65), Medicare-focused Schedule & Work Model - Hybrid schedule - 4 days per week onsite (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) - 1 day per week remote - Monday–Friday schedule - Part-time option available (minimum 4 onsite days per week) Call Requirements - Light call schedule - Approximately 2 evenings per month - Approximately 2 weekends per year Patient Volume - 15–18 patients per day Practice Model Comprehensive, team-based primary care with a strong emphasis on holistic and social support: - Routine primary care and chronic disease management - In-clinic and virtual care options - Care coordination with specialists and hospitals - Assistance navigating insurance and the healthcare system - Focus on social determinants of health (housing, food security, loneliness) Care Team Structure Each patient is supported by: - Primary Care Physician - Gather Guide Partner (social support & community resources) - Medical Technician Partner (in-home care and monitoring) Additional Practice Details - Works alongside other physicians and APPs - No APP supervision required - EMR: Athena - Visa sponsorship not available Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $250,000 – $290,000 (DOE) - Bonus: 10% - Comprehensive benefits starting Day 1, including: - $3,500 CME stipend - 401(k) with immediate vesting and employer match - 4 weeks PTO - 11 paid holidays - Full medical, dental, vision, and more Location Highlights – Lynn, Massachusetts Located along the scenic North Shore, Lynn is approximately 10 miles northeast of Boston, offering easy access to major city amenities while maintaining a distinctive coastal community feel. - Enjoy ocean views and outdoor recreation at Lynn Shore Reservation - Explore one of the largest municipal forests in the country at Lynn Woods Reservation - Experience a vibrant arts and cultural scene in downtown Lynn with murals, galleries, and creative spaces - Rich colonial history dating back to 1629 - Diverse, multicultural community with strong local pride and growing opportunities RecruitWell Core Values - Open communication - Sense of urgency - Teamwork - Accountability - Driven to win - Higher consciousness
