Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Support Resource RN to join
our dynamic team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care at
our facilities. This role focuses on providing clinical support and
guidance across various departments, ensuring the implementation of
best practices and adherence to clinical standards. The ideal
candidate will act as a pivotal resource for patient care
activities, staff training, and enhancing our care protocols.
Provide clinical guidance and support to staff in multiple
departments. Ensure the adherence to latest healthcare protocols
and safety standards. Assist in training and development of new
staff and continuous education for existing staff. Monitor patient
care and contribute to the improvement of procedures. Collaborate
with healthcare teams to establish care priorities and intervention
strategies. Strong clinical skills across various nursing
departments Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to educate and mentor staff Proficient in using healthcare
technology and medical software Strong organizational and
multi-tasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
CPR Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
