This is a permanent positions – not locums. Private Dermatology Practice Boston suburbs, MA 3 year succession plan to your ownership The current owner does not want to sell to private equity Successful practice with strong revenue Have practice autonomy seeing a mix of General and open to Cosmetics The schedule can less than full time as this practice practically runs itself The providers are mostly PAs who generate the vast majority of revenue NO weekends! The practice is set up to maximize efficiency MAs scribe EMR is EMA The buyout is via sweat equity over three years A base salary and production provided First year earnings potential over 500k if you hustle The location is less than an hour from Boston.
