Sous Chef Join our team at The Farmer's Daughter, a
farm-to-table restaurant located in North Easton and Sudbury,

Daily Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan
and execute seasonal menus Manage food costs and ensure
profitability Demonstrate exceptional knife skills and maintain
portion control Maintain high standards of food quality and
presentation Oversee back of house operations and assist with
banquet catering Required Skills: Menu planning expertise Food cost
management experience Strong knife skills Knowledge of portion
control techniques Commitment to food quality and safety Nice to
Have Skills: Menu development experience Food handling and
preparation knowledge Culinary arts background Food service and
