of life saving treatments Job Description The AD, Commercial
Effectiveness & Training will help design and deliver impactful
training programs to elevate the knowledge and capabilities of
customer-facing teams, including Field Sales, Account Managers, and
Infusion Educator roles. Reporting to the Director, Commercial
Effectiveness & Training, this role will play a key part in
preparing Sobi for an upcoming 2026 product launch. In
collaboration with Field Leadership, the Brand Team and various
cross-functional partners the manager will lead the planning and
execution of onboarding training initiatives that equip teams for
launch readiness and sustained success. Preference for Boston based
candidates. Key responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating &
facilitating new hire training (virtual and live) Develop,
implement, and facilitate training programs and workshops as
required for National Sales and Plan of Action (POA) Meetings
Identify learning gaps and create effective content that improves
the desired outcome for our field teams in partnership with
Director, Commercial Effectiveness & Training Manage the processes
associated with the Medical, Legal and Regulatory review for
appropriate training assets Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
~5-8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company within
a commercial organization At least 2 years training experience,
Corporate/Inhouse trainer preferred Exceptional communication and
problem-solving skills Experience with instructional design and
facilitating training workshops to small and large groups in live
and virtual environments Familiarity with traditional and modern
training methods (e.g., mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in
classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines amidst shifting priorities Personal Attributes: Excellent
interpersonal skills Customer-centric Collaborative and flexible
Highly organized with strong planning capabilities Comfortable
dealing with ambiguity and recommending solutions Works with a
sense of urgency and efficiency, while maintaining attention to
detail Self-starter, with ability to think creatively and solid

communications, both written and verbal Demonstrates critical,
creative thinking and problem-solving skills Comfortable with

$148,000-$195,000 . Each individual offer will be determined based
on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and
location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term
