Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Service Representative to
provide technical assistance and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer
inquiries related to products, repairs, and warranties
Assist in processing customer repair orders and inquiries
Act as a liaison for quality assurance and warranty issues,
ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work
experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Services, Quality
Control, or Customer Service
Full understanding of customer service philosophy and
procedures
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with ERP
systems is a plus
Ability to learn products and markets quickly and manage multiple
tasks effectively
