Job Description A New York City services company is actively seeking a new AV Technician to join its growing team in Manhattan to manage technical AV issues and enhancements in a hybrid work environment. About the Opportunity: Shift: Day Schedule: Full-time Hours: Standard business hours Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Responsibilities: Providing white glove AV support to the Executive Leadership Team Proactively identifying process or technical improvements Handling AV vendor management Supporting AV products such as Polycom, Crestron, Zoom, Cisco Maintaining confidentiality and privacy in dealings with executives Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 1 year of relevant work experience High School Diploma / GED Experience with AV system setup Solid problem-solving and time management skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: Technical degree AV certifications Expertise in AV technologies Experience with Vendor Management Technical Support background
