Job Details We are looking for a motivated associate attorney with
2–5 years of experience to join a respected litigation and dispute
resolution team with a focus on construction-related matters. What
you'll do: Support a busy practice handling construction disputes,
contract matters, and other commercial litigation Draft, review,
and negotiate complex construction agreements (prior experience a
plus) Engage in client strategy, legal research, and case
preparation Represent clients in various dispute resolution forums,
including mediation, arbitration, and court What we're looking for:
2–5 years of litigation or dispute resolution experience, ideally
with some exposure to construction law Strong writing and research
abilities with attention to detail Proven ability to manage
multiple matters at once and work independently Strong
interpersonal skills and professional judgment Admission to the
