Fidelity Investments, a leading asset management company based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Vice President, Associate General Counsel to join our Legal & Regulatory Compliance department. In this role, you will provide strategic legal guidance and support to senior management and various business units while overseeing and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory compliance across the organization. You will manage a team of legal professionals, supporting their development and ensuring the efficient operation of the department. This position involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex legal contracts and agreements and maintaining a current understanding of laws affecting the financial services industry. You will additionally collaborate with external legal counsel and represent Fidelity in legal proceedings when necessary, developing compliance processes and policies to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. A Master's Degree in Law is required, and candidates must possess over 10 years of experience, particularly in regulatory compliance within the banking sector. Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction is essential.
