Job Description:
The role is responsible for managing North America (NA)
Distribution operations for Amazon Robotics. This includes
collaborating with 3PLs to drive daily operations and continuous
improvement to yield world class results through globally
consistent processes. Drive metrics driven performance and
incremental process automation. The successful candidate will lead
the NA Distribution daily operations including process defect
reporting, escalations within 3PL’s, expediting critical materials,
accurate inventory management, assuring transaction accuracy, SOE
compliance and planning warehouse capacities. Key job
responsibilities - Responsible for oversight for designated NA
distribution operations: Receiving, shipping, inventory control,
cost, and all related SLAs, KPIs, CIs. - Escalation point for NA
Distribution team - Responsible for managing quality, performance,
and capacity of 3PL logistics providers. - Support business cases
for new distribution strategies. - Monitor and execute daily
transactions in WMS/ERP system to support operational success and
efficiencies - Thought leader for cost efficiencies and frugality
initiatives. - Drive operational excellence by developing and
improving 3PL KPIs and SLAs. - Manage daily plan to exceed
expectations for labor productivity, inventory control and order
accuracy ensuring SOE and transaction compliance. - Identify
process improvements, cost optimization and sustainability
initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.
- Effectively manage and deliver projects within scope, time,
budget and quality - Support contract negotiations, ramp-ups and
ramp down of warehouses. - Prioritize projects and data flow
improvements (eg. EDI), evaluate and set stakeholder expectations.

management experience - 3 years of working cross functionally with
tech and non-tech teams experience - 3 years of defining and
implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
experience - 2 years of supply chain experience - Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data
and metrics to determine improvements - 3 years of driving end to
end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
experience - 3 years of driving process improvements experience -
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple
stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
