transforming your career. Sr Associate Manufacturing - Days What
you will do Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role
you will be part of the Manufacturing Process Support Team in AR30.
You will report into a team that supports delivery of product
introductions and reintroductions and will be responsible for
various activities necessary for the success of the site production
deliverables. Specific strategic product and process
implementations will be led from this position. Examples include
cross functional initiatives at site and network, support of
product teams for NPIs or PRIs. Support may include evaluation of
processes and capabilities for yield improvement, implementation of
new equipment, technology changes aligned with Long Range Plan and
support of alternate sourcing activities from a technical
perspective to enable supply chain agility. Key Responsibilities
Include: Support planning and execution of key initiatives with
cross functional teams on the production floor. Providing subject
matter expertise for area of responsibility Trouble shooting and
problem-solving support to manufacturing. Identifying and
autonomously implementing continuous improvement opportunities
Owning and implementing corrective/preventative actions Ensuring
right first-time implementation of changes through on the floor
user testing and collection of staff feedback. Owning and authoring
SOPs Owning deviations in quality management system Providing data
to support management evaluation of performance trends What we

Qualifications: High School/GED and 4 years of manufacturing or
operations work experience OR Associates Degree and 2 years of
manufacturing or operations work experience OR Bachelors Degree and
6 months of manufacturing or operations work experience OR Masters
Degree Preferred Qualifications: Hands on experience facilitating
problem solving in a biotechnology environment. Experience owning
and editing standard operating procedures. Project management
skills with ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic
environment Excellent communication skills and sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain strong relationships.

(excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on
several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills,
