Job Description:

Full-Time position. We are looking for an out-going, detail-oriented, energetic person who has what it takes to help with our growing needs. The Scheduler will perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for Clients/CAREGivers. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Candidate must have strong computer skills and most importantly a positive attitude. The candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have high level customer service skills and be an excellent multi-tasker.Other position requirements:Complete a criminal background check, driving check and drug screenMust have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlinesCreate and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationshipsAvailability to be on-call for scheduling and client care issues on some evenings and weekendsAnswer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable mannerMonitor, mediate and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the Clear Care operating software.Must have strong and effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgement and good decision making skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize quickly in a fast moving small businessMust demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to communicate with compassion and listen effectively for long periods of time on the telephoneRecognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours in scenarios to enhance and/or increase quality careFollow up with client and CAREGiver issues to ensure their problems are resolvedParticipate as needed in all CAREGiver meetingsMust present a professional appearance and demeanorMust have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office SuitePrevious scheduling experience, use of ClearCare software, and/or CNA/HHA experience a plusBenefits:401(k)401 (k) matchingPaid Time offBonus Pay
