Job Description Senior Supply Chain Quality Systems Project Specialist Lexington, MA About the role: Join Takeda as a Supply Chain Quality Systems Project Specialist where you will lead projects, including change controls, GMP documentation updates, and continuous process improvements You will also manage the closure within established timelines, work with Quality and management to escalate quality systems and also support the Strategic Materials Assurance Group and its partners to improve the material supply performance and process of the Supply Chain department, allowing Manufacturing to continuously produce high-quality, compliant drug treatments for patients. As part of the Supply Chain Quality Systems team, you will report to the Agile Champion and work with various teams within the facility. How you will contribute: You will lead cross-functional change implementation teams, evaluate technical impact, and collaborate and liaise with Regulatory Affairs, GMSci, CMC product leads on change control implementation, impact assessments You will manage change control implementations You will provide subject matter expert input for Supply Chain You will lead the planning of assigned projects and ensure that they are implemented and closed You will provide status reports defining project progress, risks, problems, and solutions You will build project timelines, manage project communications using standard project management tools, methodologies You will support continuous process improvement projects, while applying standard improvement tools and methodologies, and identifying improvement opportunities Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Quality System Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Operations, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration 5 or more years of relevant industry experience in commercial biotechnology, pharmaceutical materials management, medical device or manufacturing. Experience in change control management and project management is required.
