Job Description:

A small language institute in Porter Square, Cambridge, MA is searching for a language teacher to work approximately 5 hours per week (potential for increase based on demand). This position is very part-time, so it would be a good fit for someone looking to supplement their main job/other commitments by teaching a few weekly classes.

Candidates must be completely fluent in Spanish, native speakers are preferred. We run after-school programs in Arlington, Cambridge, and Everett. We are in need of teachers available for 8-week sessions, beginning at the end of September, usually from 2-3:30 or 2:30-4 pm or 3:30-5 pm.

Teachers are responsible for getting to the school on their own. We have an established curriculum.

We are looking for someone who is very professional, punctual, hardworking and charismatic. The candidate should be comfortable in a classroom setting, ideally have had teaching or tutoring experience, and is comfortable teaching online.

We also have opportunities for small group classes for adults in the evenings.
