guidance of Professor Jyoti Choudhary, we seek a Higher Scientific
Officer to contribute to high-quality proteomics analysis,
including isobaric labelling, DIA quantitation, chromatography
fractionation, and enrichment of post-translational modifications.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and publish methods
addressing current needs in proteomics and undertake end-to-end
analysis of various samples to characterize proteome features
quantitatively.About youThe ideal candidate will hold a PhD in a
biological or chemical science, with the ability to design and
implement proteomics experiments using state-of-the-art techniques,
and perform statistical analysis, data integration, and
visualization at a high level.Proteomics Core FacilityLed by
Professor Jyoti Choudhary, the facility is among the most
sophisticated in the UK, providing advanced mass spectrometry-based
proteomics analysis and developing innovative quantitative
workflows for protein function and structural studies.
