This individual will drive innovative UX solutions that transform complex financial interactions into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet both user needs and business objectives.LocationThis position is based in our Boston, MA office. We support a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.Note: Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Responsibilities

  • Lead End-to-End UX: Manage the entire user experience process for core products, from ideation and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for testing and feedback.
  • User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors related to financial products.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, iterate, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Design Systems: Establish and maintain design patterns, UI components, and UX standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional UX/UI experience, with at least 2 years in digital experiences.
  • Experience with 0-1 products and/or fintech is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and other design tools.
  • Experience in user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
