impact.What will you be doing?You'll be working hand-in-hand with
our passionate Solutions Consulting and Engineering teams,
understanding customer requirements and delivering smart and
innovative solutions that solve their business pain points. In this
position, your stakeholders will be both external - working with
our prospects and customers, and internal - interfacing with our
engineering team to help scope customer-led development and
integrations.Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the sales and solutions consulting teams to
deliver impactful presentations to prospective customers.
- Act as primary point person for articulating the authentication
and integration capabilities of the platform.
- Respond to technical portion of RFPs.
- Create assets to scale our ability to articulate our
architecture and integration capabilities.
- Identify innovative solutions to solve new problems and help
build on our vision for the future of work.
- Develop public-facing API endpoints, SDKs, documentation,
examples, and tutorials to help our clients deliver their own
solutions.
- Build self-service experiences for integration setup &
configuration.
- Drive and review software architectural design.About youWe're
looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to develop in a
fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be resourceful,
inquisitive, a fast learner, with an ability to easily connect with
a customer. You'll be able to pick up new concepts quickly and
empathise with customer pain points. We're also looking for:
- Broad knowledge of the enterprise application landscape.
- Experience in dealing with customer stakeholders, both
technical and non-technical.
- A passion to serve the customer, which has played out in some
customer-facing role like consulting or support, ideally solutions
engineering.
- An ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a
technical topic with little to no preparation.
- Proven ability to design, implement and document flexible and
stable APIs.
- Experience developing customer-facing technical artifacts using
tools like Miro or Lucid.
- Experience with at least one standard network security protocol
(e.g., OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP).
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: web
(JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks) development, mobile (iOS,
Android) development, backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP,
Ruby) development, IP-based real-time communications would be
preferred.
- An understanding of core security concerns within a typical
application (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS,
XSRF).
- You are an elite communicator.
- Solution-obsessed, looking to help people and customers in
finding solutions to their problems.
- Confident dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled and
experienced audience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a
comparable field is preferred.
- An eye for scale, building solutions that will work in the
