Job Description:
Define and lead Company's holistic digital marketing strategy
across web, email, content, paid media, social, and eCommerce.
Build and optimize the digital customer journey across audiences,
from awareness to engagement to conversion Client Details Our
client is a small medical device manufacturing company on the North
Shore of Boston. Due to growth they are building out a digital
marketing team from the ground up starting with an Associate
Director of Marketing. Description Digital Strategy & Execution
Define and lead Company's holistic digital marketing strategy
across web, email, content, paid media, social, and eCommerce.
Build and optimize the digital customer journey across audiences,
from awareness to engagement to conversion. Lead the development of
our digital education platform in collaboration with clinical and
commercial teams. Own the roadmap for digital
infrastructure-including CMS, web performance, analytics, and
platform integrations. Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage and
mentor the Digital Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Manager,
and Creative Manager. Foster a high-performing, collaborative
digital team with a focus on creativity, experimentation, and
accountability. Partner closely with product, clinical, commercial,
and executive teams to align digital initiatives with business
goals. eCommerce & Platform Development Lead the launch and growth
of Company's eCommerce presence, including platform strategy, UX,
merchandising, and optimization. Ensure digital channels are built
to scale while staying customer-centric and conversion-driven.
Brand Presence & Creative Direction Guide the creative vision for
digital brand expression across web, social, and campaign assets.
Ensure visual and voice consistency across all channels, in
partnership with the Creative Manager and external agencies.
Analytics & Optimization Define and own KPIs for digital
performance-site traffic, engagement, conversion, lead generation,
and ROI. Build a data-driven culture that uses insights to
continuously refine content, UX, campaigns, and workflows. Champion
tools and systems (GA4, HubSpot, CMS, etc.) that support efficient
tracking and performance optimization. Profile B.S. in Marketing,
Business or other related field. 7-10 years of experience in
digital marketing. 2-4 years of marketing leadership experience -
managing direct reports. 3-5 years of experience marketing within
the medical device sector. Web Strategy, SEO, eCommerce, Media,
Content, Content Writing, UX experience. Collaborative and team
first mindset. Ability to effectively work cross functionally
across teams and departments. Experience with marketing tools like
Hubspot. Player coach mentality, not afraid to be hand on and
execute on work. Job Offer $130-160k base salary bonus.
