Research Analyst (Communications)

IEc is seeking individuals with a bachelor's degree (or
international equivalent) to join our firm as a Communications
Research Analyst (RA). Consulting work at IEc requires skills
including paying close attention to detail, asking questions,
identifying potential solutions when challenges arise, and
recommending next steps to move a project forward. RAs must
independently manage their time to meet deadlines and be able to
both work independently and contribute to a project team.
Candidates for this position should also be able to concisely
organize and present information, and be comfortable communicating
to staff at all levels within the firm by written and verbal
At this time, we are looking for candidates with exceptional skills
to support a range of projects through tasks such as:
Coordinating the planning, organization, and collection of
documents to support litigation and public records
Supporting the organization, collection, and disposition of public
Assisting with developing reports and tracking tools.
Developing materials and providing organizational, logistics,
notetaking, and planning support for multi-stakeholder
Maintaining schedules and calendars.
Planning and hosting project teams and client-focused conference
calls and meetings.
The Communications Research Analyst must demonstrate academic
experience in at least one of a wide range of disciplines relevant
to IEc's work including but not limited to English, communications,
government, history, economics, public policy, ecology, and other
Research Analysts are eligible for promotion to Senior Research
Analyst. Because most advanced positions at IEc require a graduate
degree, RAs and Senior RAs often depart for graduate school or
other career opportunities after working at IEc for approximately
two to four years.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or equivalent international
degree in a relevant field (see above). If you have a graduate
