work and life.*What You'll Do** Conduct initial assessments and
functional behavior assessments to guide individualized treatment
planning* Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
and behavior support plans* Oversee and support the implementation
of programming by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure
quality and consistency* Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs,
fostering their professional development and clinical success*
Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making and
adjust treatment plans as needed* Provide family training and
support to encourage skill generalization and support treatment
goals* Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals
such as speech therapists and occupational therapists to ensure
cohesive care*Education/Experience and Other Requirements** Masters
Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field* Active *Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* certification* Active
*Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)*
credential, or eligibility to obtain* Reliable access to technology
(laptop, internet) for communication and data management* Ability
to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced
environment* Experience designing treatment plans and intervention
programs* Strong supervisory, mentoring, and communication skills*
Proficiency with technology for tracking data and designing
