Job Description Company Description Advanced EyeCare and Aesthetics Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Optician located in Plymouth, WI. The Optician will be responsible for helping customers select the right eyewear, ensuring optimal lens performance, handling prescriptions given by optometrists, and adjusting and fitting frames. Additional tasks will include providing exemplary customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. The Optician will also work closely with other team members to maintain efficient practice operations and deliver an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Optics Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment State licensure or certification as an Optician is preferred
