Manager is responsible for managing and expanding assigned health
system accounts across the Nova product portfolio. This role serves
as the primary owner of the customer relationship, with a core
focus on protecting existing business through renewals and upgrades
while enabling sustainable growth through portfolio expansion.
Given Nova’s strong market presence, this role is critical to
maintaining customer continuity, strengthening long-term
partnerships, and coordinating internal resources to support
account objectives. The Account Manager works cross-functionally
with Specialists, Inside Sales, and Field Applications to deliver a
consistent, high-quality customer experience and drive growth. If

from you, apply today! What you’ll do Manage and protect existing
business through proactive renewal planning, contract management,
and upgrade execution to ensure continuity of revenue. Serve as the
primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining
accountability for overall account performance and customer
satisfaction. Build and maintain strong professional relationships
across the health system, including Laboratory, Point of Care, ICU,
Emergency Department, Respiratory Therapy, Clinical Education, and
administrative stakeholders. Identify, develop, and qualify new
opportunities within existing accounts and route qualified
opportunities to appropriate Specialty Sales teams for execution.
Partner closely with Specialty teams to support portfolio expansion
and coordinated account strategies. Collaborate with Inside Sales
to support renewals, upgrades, add-on opportunities, and timely
customer follow-up when rapid engagement is required. Maintain
accurate and timely account, opportunity, and activity
documentation within Salesforce.com. Participate in account
planning, forecasting, and regional business reviews. Perform other
duties as assigned. What we are looking for in you Bachelor’s
degree required Clinical, scientific, or business-related degree
preferred. 2-5 years of experience in medical device, diagnostics,
clinical sales, or healthcare account management. Experience
managing hospital or health system accounts preferred. Experience
with contract renewals, long-cycle sales processes, and
portfolio-based selling preferred. Strong account management and
relationship management skills within complex healthcare
environments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
and stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to
lead cross-functional collaboration and coordinate resources
without direct authority. Excellent communication, organization,
and follow-through skills. Strong business acumen with the ability
to identify growth opportunities within existing customer
relationships. Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to operate
effectively within a matrixed sales organization. Physical
Requirements for this role include: Ability to travel within
assigned territory, including overnight travel as required. Ability
to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive
computer-based tasks. Ability to lift and transport materials or
equipment up to 66 pounds as required for customer meetings or

5:00 pm Targeted Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000/year Nova
