Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems Lead, you will
be the internal lead subject matter expert on both Takeda's
internal management system and ISO environmental health and safety
(EHS) management standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You
will support the full life cycle management of all corporate EHS
management system and technical standards through our document
management system. This includes the development of policies,
standards, and operating procedures to ensure continued alignment
with applicable ISO standards. Additionally, you will support
management system projects, such as site-level development of
activities and processes to meet system requirements, and
facilitation of corporate EHS function audits, including
recertification and surveillance assessments. You will report into
the Head of EHS Strategy & Business Excellence. How you will
contribute: Responsible for developing and managing operating
mechanisms associated with the effective implementation, execution,
and monitoring of the corporate EHS Management System Collaborate
with the corporate EHS team in prioritizing improvements to the
corporate EHS Management System and corporate EHS technical
standards by monitoring EHS performance data such as pSIF/SIF
incidents, audit nonconformances, environmental performance data,
etc. Responsible for preparation of the annual management review,
including leading information collection, development of
presentation materials, key insights and continual improvement
opportunities Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Degree in life
sciences, engineering, chemical engineering or similar field 7
years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, or
associated industry Experience collaborating with cross-functional
teams, regulatory agencies and vendors Previous experience in
program management and demonstrated application of health and

U.S. Base Salary Range: $153,600.00 - $241,340.00 The estimated
salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The
actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors,
including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the
position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills,
level of education attained, certifications or other professional
licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or
from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary
offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage
requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be
eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based
